    Ginkgo biloba– Ginkgo tree or maidenhair tree

    The Ginkgo tree is native to Asia. Like the dawn redwood, it is considered a living fossil.

    The ginkgo is more closely conifers than it is to flowering trees. To me, the form is similar to a larch.
